Internships

The final step of the Big Ripple™ Process at Spark the Wave is our internships. During this year long commitment young adults learn the inner workings of a non-profit organization and how to better serve the other youth that we reach. Interns focus in areas that include program, development, communications and operations. Each person receives intensive mentoring and coaching in their area of choice.
