STW Wins Red Cross Community Partner Award
Spark the Wave was recognized for "Outstanding Response and Service to the American Red Cross Youth Club Program" as a result of a longstanding partnership with the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Teacher Sparks Community Service Work
The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) recognized Laura Oleksiak's contributions in her community and abroad in their January 2012 publication Voice. Laura Oleksiak currently serves as Spark the Wave's Director of Curriculum and Staff Training Development and works as a high school English teacher in King of Prussia, PA.
