Bill Gallagher (President and Founder): Bill has been working with the camp
for over 25 years. He grew up in Chadds Ford, PA and attended Kennett High
School. Bill then went to the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University
School of Medicine. He lives in Washington, DC.
