Sarah Burns (Wave Week Director): Sarah directs all aspects of our Wave Week camp. She is a graduate of Barnard College in New York and has been working with Wave Week since she joined us as a participant while attending Hatboro-Horsham High School. Contact Sarah at Sarah@sparkthewave.org.

Erica Elrod (Operation Purple Camp Director): Erica directs all aspects of our Operation Purple camp. She is a graduate of Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania and first joined our team as a volunteer at Wave Week while she was a student at North Penn High School. Richard Fernandes (Director of Seminars & Operations): Richard leads all of our operational efforts and is the coordinator for our seminars. Bill Gallagher (President and Founder): Bill has been training young service leaders for nearly 30 years. He grew up in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania where he attended Kennett High School. Bill then went to the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University School of Medicine. Bill is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Georgetown University.
